A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer a $25 flat rate for all international shipping.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship priority mail and most packages will arrive within 2-3 days. Once your order is processed by our team you will receive a email notification with your shipping and tracking information.
Q: My order hasn't arrived yet, and the tracking has not updated.
A: Please contact USPS with your tracking information and they will be able to help you locate your package.
Q: I want to exchange for a size that is sold out.
A: Some of our products are limited edition so if your size is no longer available, we are happy to provide you with an alternative item of equal value or process a return.
